General Coronavirus guidelines and other local information.

Show that You Care for Your Family and Community. Follow the Law: maintain social distance of 6 feet, no gatherings of 10 or more and certain businesses are required to be closed.  The Hope Police Department will enforce the actions taken by the State of Arkansas.  There is a recommendation to wear a face mask or some kind of covering when you can't maintain the 6 foot social distance.

What to do if you have COVID symptoms or think you need to be tested? Call your health care provider and discuss it with them on the phone.

City Facilities Closed to Public Access

The City of Hope Public Works building, Park Office, and Police Offices are now closed to the Public to reduce the potential exposure of our employees to the COVID-19 virus.  We are conducting business by phone as much as possible.

JUST TO BE CLEAR, AS IT APPEARS SOME FOLKS ARE CONFUSED, TRASH IS STILL BEING COLLECTED.

All playgrounds, softball and baseball fields, basketball courts, soccer fields, the skate park, and the Arena are CLOSED.  Walking is still OK, as long as folks stay appropriate distances apart.  Northside Park will be closed at dark.

For Public Works-related problems (sewer, missed trash collection, street/drainage problems, trash bags), please call 870-777-8644.

If you have Code Enforcement/Building Services-related questions (building permits, electric/plumbing/HVAC inspections), please call 870-722-2505.

The Fair Park Office phone is 870-777-7500.

Call 870-777-3434 for Non-Emergencies at the Police Department.

We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
