Work Management System Updated

Old work management system, Mobile311, is being replaced with a new, upgraded version.

The City of Hope has recently begun moving to an updated work management system called Asset Essentials.  The old system, Mobile311, allowed citizens through the internet to report items that needed attention.  The new system will do this as well. Go to the Citizen Portal page to see the available items.  This saves you a phone call and allows you to receive a notification when the item has been resolved.  If you have previously used the Citizen Portal and registered to use Mobile311, you will unfortunately have to re-register to submit a citizen work request in the future.
